To ensure your enrolment can be completed without delays, please bring:
- A valid form of photo identification (e.g. passport, New Zealand driver licence, or Kiwi Access Card).
- Documentation that confirms your eligibility for publicly funded healthcare in New Zealand (where applicable), such as a New Zealand passport or birth certificate, a residence class visa, a qualifying work visa, or other immigration documentation.
